Sampoerna Kayoe Supports Use of Quality Processed Wood in Eco-Friendly Construction at Jakarta Architecture Festival 2024
Jakarta, November 9, 2024 – Sampoerna Kayoe supports the use of FSC-certified processed wood in environmentally friendly construction through its participation in the workshop “Application of Wood Joint Theory in Residential Building Construction” at the Jakarta Architecture Festival (JAF) 2024. This workshop was organized by FSC Indonesia in collaboration with the Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) Jakarta and supported by Sampoerna Kayoe, Contractor Art Space (CAS) and IRCOMM Norton Capital.
As a producer of quality processed wood, Sampoerna Kayoe offers a variety of products such as plywood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), and outdoor wood, designed to meet the needs of construction and interior design. The workshop also attracted the attention of JAF 2024 visitors, consisting of architects, designers, construction professionals, and architecture students, who were enthusiastic about learning more about innovative wood jointing techniques and the importance of using sustainable materials. To inspire more professionals in the architecture and construction industry, this event strengthens the shared commitment to supporting the sustainability of the Indonesian architecture sector.
